Digital Eyes Custom Photo began in 1995 as a digital photo restoration business
performing work for local professionals and one-hour photo shops. Since then, Digital Eyes has invested in extensive training and color management software and equipment. We specialize in printing heirloom-quality fine art prints on canvas, fine art and photographic papers. |

Reorders are handled as new orders after 15 days. |

| Remakes: |
| |
Requests to remake any image must be made within 5 working days
of receipt. Remakes for different size and/or color changes from that
originally requested will be billed at our regular rates. Remakes caused by incomplete instructions will be billed at our regular rates. |

| Service Times: |

Approximate service times will be given at time of order due to varying workloads. Service times may be extended for some or
all work categories due to situations outside of our control. You will be notified if such conditions exist
when you place an order. Vague instructions or extensive corrective
work may extend normal service times. |

Within 48 hours: Add 50%
Within 24 hours: Add 100%

| Shipping: |
| |
ALL shipping charges are billed to the customer. Delivery within
SF Bay Area will be billed at net delivery service charges. UPS and
Postal Service packages will carry an additional service charge for
handling/packaging expenses dependent on the size of the order. This
expense will be included within original quote.

| WARRANTY: |

DIGITAL EYES CUSTOM PHOTO & DIGITAL IMAGING will exercise extreme
care in handling your film or art piece, however, DIGITAL EYES assumes
no liability for loss or damage to film beyond the replacement of
like amount and type of film, and if the film was submitted for processing,
the cost of processing. All original art left with us for any purpose
is left with the strict understanding that DIGITAL EYES will not be
responsible for its cost or replacement. This limitation of liability
applies to all orders, and in submitting an order, the customer agrees
to such limitations of liability.

Digital Eyes respects copyright laws - please supply a release for any work that may be or may look like copywrited works. If your photo was taken by a professional photographer, they need to be reimbursed! How else can they feed their family? Most times, they will be glad to give you a copyright release for a relatively smaller fee. We can help you with copyright issues! |
